The tapered aluminum base of the Noor is hammered by hand, and its pyramid-esque shape adds an airy feel, allowing for comfortable seating from all sides of the table. The finish of the base is intriguing and sometimes has a warm feel to it which is brought out by all the texture of the surface. Its a very warm silver and works well with other metal finishes. The top is definitely a creamy white.
